I would have added more conflicts with the klingons and romulans, and expanded out further with exploration with the 3 years remaining of the series.
Note: I would have continued the saga of the "in the mirror darkly"and continue where ensign sato left off.

^ they would have done more Mirror episodes in later seasons. Sadly, we didnt get later seasons
