If you was a kid on voyager, how would you annoy the doctor? I would go in sick bay and just talk talk talk. And find something amusing to annoy him.

I would take his mobile emitter and hide it. Then i would either remove or destroy a few emitters in sickbay to limit where he can move. Then to make dure he does not contact anyone about the problem I will remove his speech subroutines. I am the idle hands of the devil.

Fake bobos and cuts and scapes and turn him off and on and some how make his routines do funny things.
