				3 duty shifts, not 4, although that was how Picard did it.
 
 
I'd go 01:00 - 09:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 17:00 - 01:00
 
 
I'd use shuttles and the Captain's Yact a bit more, especially for reconasonce missions instead of always exposing away teams all the time.

				There would definately be more shore leave time for the crew. And better holideck programs....yeah....

				I would let my crew get to know me, so it would be more of a relaxed atmosphere...only I would keep them in line.  No first name basis.
