				How can you all NOT like TOS?? The camaraderie between Kirk, Spock and McCoy is so great! I like the way most of the time they ended the show with a little joke.  Like the one I saw the other day for example: Kirk was sitting in his Cpt's chair and he said to Spock, "Why Spock -- I think you're becoming more and more human every day." And Spock said to him, "Captain, I see no need to stand here and be insulted." So he walked away.  It was so funny!!!  
 
 
I admit the lack of special effects and the costumes they had for the so-called aliens was stupid, but the storylines were great! I always seem to remember those clearer than the Enterprise ones.  Something about Brannon and Braga's writing just doesn't click with me.  IMO Roddenberry's writing was the best.

				The Old Series had its on special things, I liked the epidode with Gary Seven Assignment:Earth I think

				For me the TOS is the whole soul of Star Trek for without  Kirk & Crew the other series would have not been borned. I happen to like the TOS for the ideas and questions the show answered during its run in the 60's.
