What is up with Quark and Odo or they best friends or something???

I think there really is a lot of affection between the two, although neither one is likely to admit it. I know in real life, the actors are very close friends and their families often vacation together, that sort of thing. I think at the end of DS9, Quark wanted to have an emotional goodbye and Odo refused, but my memory may be wrong.

I agree I think there was effection between them both but they would never admit it to each other.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion, but I doubt they hate each other. I have seen enough episodes where there are signs of genuine concern and affection (although they do try to hide it!)

yeah them 2 are funny together....i love the way that odo is always suspicious of quark, but i think at heart odo really cares for Quark, like in some episodes when DS9 is doomed, he does care for him.
