Picard = Overemotional, Old, well respected.
 
 
I personally would pick Picard over Data as a ship captain, but Data over Picard in, oh say, survival

				Picard is a better Captain, cuz I just don't see Data being a good one. But Data is the coolest character on TNG I think. He's so Dorky! I love it!   He totally cracks me up!!

				I think Picard would be a better captain caus he has good diplomatic skills and he would be better in creative solutions however i think data would be a better captain if the mission was only to explore
