well the delta flyer was destroyed but the delta flyer 2 i don't know what happened to it

Star Fleet probably ripped out that stupid captain proton control panel and put in one that was more functional.

If starfleet thought that the design was functional and useful, it wouldn't be a far stretch to think that they would make others, and a new class of shuttle would be in use...the Delta Flyer class shuttle!
