is startrek.com a thing of the past. i know it hasnt been updated recently, and lately the server is often down.

CBS decided to shut it down. I heard that from someone else on this forum a few months ago.

Yeah, CBS was supposedly reorganizing their interactive department around December of 2007, and about a week before Christmas, the entire Staff was fired with about two hours notice. It's to bad, it used to be a fun site to go to sometimes, to see the interviews, read the trek life and that sort of thing.

I hear they won't be making any more star treks soon. Seeing as the budget for cheap sets got a little high (quite ironically).
