Does Odo wear clothes or are they part of his hapeshifting? If so what happens to his combadge when he does?

The clothes are a part of his shapeshifting (Reference to when he told Kira he didn't need a belt), but about the commbadge... I really don't know how they exlplain that one away. Never saw it fall on the floor when he shifted.

I have no idea, they seemed to imply many differnt types of objects could be imtated, I find it weird to think that something complex as a Comunicator could be copied like that...maybe he had a REAL comunicator and somehow...melted it when he shaped shifed? dunno.

Another question that is asked often in regards to Odo.
I think it is possible they can create communicators. Didn't Laas turn himself into a starship? If Changelings could turn into ships, then I'm sure it is possible that they can create the combadge.

Yeah, but Odo's not a very good shapeshifter- he can't even get human/bajoran form right.

Odo did need at least different color suit though. Even he needs a change.  but hey odo is cool anyway.
