Goodness, I think Chak and Tom would be so much better. They totally hated each other in the beginning, and we know how easy it is to go from hate to love.

As Comic Book Guy would say, Janeway is the...Worst. Captain. Ever. Quite...unattractive, as well. She sounds like a robot...and I'm afraid robots are going to take over the world. In that train of though, I'm afraid Janeway will take over the world. Which just may happen, due to her shady affiliation with Seven of Nine. Which could mean I'm hurting my head...moving on.
On topic? Well, it's quite obvious. Seven of Nine and B'Elanna.... Just kidding. Heh.
Neelix and Tuvok does sound like a good pair.

definitely Chakotay and Tom Paris...I was reading some stories from a fanfiction site and I think that they are perfect together...they have a lot more in common than they think! They are really hott together too if ya really think about it....Harry Kim and Paris wouldn't go as good because they do not have that constant conflict that Chakotay and paris have to deal with and the conflict adds spice to it!
