I like the ones with the grey tops. Very nice, not too damaging on the eyes (VOY/TNG). I also liked the ones from Enterprise, but the grey ones were more sophisticated.

I like the early Ds9/Voayger ones i think they look more smart and look more up to date.

I liked the uniforms from the late ds9-voyager-star trek VIII-star trek X and 29th century federation uniform.

I liked the ones the wore in TNG best. With the colored "shirt" part.
Maybe I only like them best becuase they're the first uniform I saw on Star Trek and I hate change.
Why did Beverly wear that stupid blue coat thing? I hated that coat! Nobody else wore anything like that!

I agree about Adm. Janeway's uniform- same as TNG finale.
I have a post called 'Fave S'fleet uniforms' from ages ago- this is a bit similar
