Which ship would win in a Fight to the Death...
I'll say the Defiant, because it has Ablative Armor, the Cloaking Device, and is more Heavily Armed,
The "Warhead" that the Defiant has, exactly how powerful is it, have we ever seen it in action...
Also, can the Defiant Fire while Cloaked

was this done before? I say Voyager cause I can not decide plus Voyager is stronger. But Both got great Captains so it might be just a tie really.

Oh for got sake!!! Not ANOTHER one of these topics! 
No the Defiant can not fire whilst cloaked.
What warhead? Do you mean it's Quantum torpedoes?
The Defiant is a warship but to combat the borg.
Voyager is a Reltiviely small science vessel
It is a fact that Voyager is not more powerfull than the defiant.
The weapons and armour for voyager in "Endgame" would not be counted because it is not voyagers standard weaponry or defensive systems.
Also the Defiant is a small and a hell of alot more manouverable than Voyager
I'm not saying that i hate Voyager because i don't. Voyager is my favorite federation starship but i am not being nieve and bias i am merely stating the facts.

Right, since Voyager's the magical starship that can stay alive battling a friggin borg tactical cube, how hard can a defiant be?

Voyager after it has the future Technology. Defiant before Endgame.

If voyager can disable defiants propulsion systems and cloaking device they have a good chance, if not then defiant will be victorious.

Ok then we get transvasic torpedos and armor and everything. But even without just as Defiant classe versus Intrepid, the Intrepid is an far more advanced combat vessel so Voyager will win duh

No. The Defiant is actually more advanced combat wise. VOY is a science vessel. A very advanced one, but definitly not a fighter. The Defiant was made to combat the Borg. Although the Defiant can't fire when cloaked.

Science vessel???????? Nou moe...Intrepids are Tactical Recon Vessels and Voyager is modifid to take on the Borg.

Ok then by your definition VOY is a tactical scout ship. While the Defiant is a full on warship. Defiant still wins. Since when is it modified to take on the Borg? The crew, next to the TNG crew, probably has the best experiance in fighting the Borg but that won't help them in a fight with the Defiant.

Isofonic Torpedoes doesn`t excist, Protie.... Lets see, Voyager is really cool and strong, but it can never defeat an Defiant Class. Look at these specs:
Mass: 120,000 tons
Crew: 50
Propulsion: One cochrane warp core feeding two warp nacelles; two subatomic unified energy impulse engines
Armament: 4 x Class I rapid fire phaser pulse cannon
1 x Type X Phaser bank
3 x Pulse fire Quantum/Photon torpedo tubes + 100 torpedoes
1 x Probe / Photon torpedo launcher - equivalent to standard photon torpedo tube + 20 torpedoes
Defense Systems: Auto modulated high capacity shield system
Heavy Duranium/Tritanium double hull plus 20 cm Ablative armor.
