Are the Q afraid of the Borg?
Just watched Q2 of Sky Plus - www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4FGvMdhG80
Why would Q appear bothered at all about the Borg?

This is a good question and ever since I saw that scene I wondered why he said that.
My guess is that he wasn't fearful of the Borg for the Continuum's sake, but rather the sake of everyone else. Perhaps he didn't want a universal assimilation attempt against the galaxy due to Q's provocation or maybe the Q are supposed to not get directly involved with universal events (John De Lancie's Q was known as a rogue).
