Hello all!
I'm new here, but have browsed around the site for a couple of weeks prior to joining.
I've been a trekkie for a couple of years now, starting with Next Generation. My family wanted to get into Star Trek, so I had no choice but to watch it with them. I really liked Next Generation, but I became what you would call a 'trekkie' during Deep Space Nine.
After finishing that, we started Voyager. I hated the first season, but they got better and better. I've also seen the Original Series, but have not seen Enterprise. I've seen the new movie, and Generations. I want to see First Conact, but have yet to get it.
I'm also phantom phreak, meaning I love and adore Phantom of the Opera. I have not seen the broadway version, but have seen the 2004 movie, the silent film, and the one with Jane Seymour in it. My favorite version is the broadway. Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman were the best Phantom and Christine. I have also read several versions of the original novel, including Kay's Phantom, and Phantom in Manhatten. (What a lame book!)
I also like to knit. I tried to do Star Trek knitting, but wans't that creative. If you have any suggestions for that, please let me know! I'm not so good at cross-stitching, but I do know how to do it.
I also LOVE to sing. I'm currently part of a band called Counter Clockwise. We mainly sing and write Praise and Worship songs, but we have been known to goof off and do some other stuff as well. My part in the band is lead singer and keyboardist, although I am getting ready to switch over to base guitarist pretty soon.
I am indeed a personal safety goo-roo. I don't post my personal information, such as name, addresses, and phone numbers. I will however tell you what I like and dislike, but don't expect getting my email address, and what school I attended when I was in school.
I also prefer others to use correct grammar and spelling, but I often use wrong spelling myself, so don't feel so bad.
I'm a blackbelt in Taekwondo and Hapkido, so I know how to protect myself.
I speak English, Korean, Chinese, and am learning French.
That's just about me in a nut shell.

I say "Live Long and Prosper".
Then you say "Peace and Long Life".
It's the way of life.
Don't deny it.
LOVE IT.
OR DIE.
