The events after Voyager's return to the alpha quadrant are now in two books recently published - homecoming, and farther shore. I bought homecoming today, but still have yet to read it.

I think they're two seperate books - one has janeway on the front, and the other has seven of nine. I've read the first few pages of 'homecoming', and it's definitely about the after events - it was previewed at the end of the novelization of 'Endgame', which I've also got.

At your local bookstore, well a smaller shop might not have it.

But I'm sure stores like Walden Books, Book-a-million, and Barnes and Nobles do (if you live in the U.S.)

Other wise just find a store and look.
